Our agent bids on behalf of buyers written instructions and upon a winning bid, the cashier’s checks are given to the auction house directly by the escrow representative; thereby consummating the purchase.

Silver – Bidding Services Only. Starting at $1,500.00

Our licensed agent will attend the foreclosure action and bid on specific properties at buyer’s direction and ensure proper vesting on behalf of client.

Gold- Complete Services Starting at $3,000.00

Our licensed agent will provide the most up to date information available about properties going to auction, as well as bidding services. Property due diligence includes but is not limited to: opening bid amounts, date of auction, cancellation/postponements, and relevant Title/Lien information. We also provide a limited competitive market analysis and property photos.

Additionally, we offer the following SAVINGS in the disposition of your real property:

2% TOTAL to list and sell the property if buyer does not have a licensed agent representing them


3.5% TOTAL to list and sell the property if buyer does have a licensed agent representing them.

Our Listings include: electronic lock box with instant text notifications of showings, sign installation, detailed property photos, online virtual tour, listed in the MLS, a large online presence, and social media exposure (Facebook, Twitter, Zillow, Trulia and others).
